Product authenticity levels shown on the Platform are computed using our internal criteria (corporate verification status and assignment of verification codes) and represent the Company's opinion as stated in our Terms of Service. Verification results and search results may be stored and used to improve our services and to display verification history where applicable. Data related to regulatory certificate search may be shared with partner regulators in accordance with our agreements with them.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
